I ALWAYS had hardcore insomnia during the period of time i was writting and recording the KAIA CD.
i think it had a lot to do with the way the disc ended up sounding. being the last track on the disc,the first half of it was quite similar to the way i felt most of the time back then.
this is a long one,..try enjoying several glasses of absinthe,or your favorite intoxicant during this journey. :)
